- One-year labor warranty
- CA License C-36 #1157656

Sound familiar? It is worth a call.
- A notice from your water district that a test is due
- A new irrigation system, fire sprinkler, or commercial water service
- Water leaking from the relief port on the assembly
- The assembly failed last year's test
- You are buying or selling a property with a backflow device
We test reduced pressure (RP), double check (DC), and pressure vacuum breaker (PVB) assemblies using calibrated gauges, and submit the results to your water district on their form. Failed assemblies get repaired the same visit where parts allow: check valves, relief valves, springs, and seats on the common Febco, Watts, Wilkins, and Apollo models. Devices past repair are replaced with a new certified assembly and the install is inspected. For HOAs and commercial properties with multiple devices, we schedule all of them in one visit and track the renewal dates.

Book online and enter the device location and district if you know it.
We test, usually under 30 minutes per assembly.
Pass: we file the report. Fail: flat repair quote on the spot, repair, retest, file.
We put your renewal on our calendar so next year's notice is not a surprise.
What this county does to plumbing.
Every water district in the county, from the City of San Diego to Vista Irrigation to Olivenhain and Otay, requires annual testing by a certified tester and will shut off service for non-compliance after notices. Irrigation systems are the most common residential trigger, because a cross-connection to the irrigation lines is how fertilizer and reclaimed water get into the drinking supply. Commercial properties, restaurants, and multi-family buildings usually have several assemblies with different due dates, and consolidating them onto one test date is the first thing we do for those accounts.
Flat, in writing, before we start.
Testing is quoted flat per assembly, with a multi-device rate for properties with more than one. Repairs quoted flat on site. Replacement quoted flat including the inspection. One-year labor warranty on repairs and installs.
