Sound familiar? It is worth a call.
- A faucet that drips after it is shut
- A shower handle that is stiff, loose, or will not hold temperature
- Low flow from one faucet only
- Corrosion or mineral crust at the base
- New fixtures sitting in boxes waiting for install
Repairs cover cartridges, stems, seats, aerators, and the shower and tub valve internals on Moen, Delta, Kohler, and the other common brands. Replacement covers kitchen and bath faucets, shower trim and valves including the rough valve behind the wall, tub spouts, hose bibs, and the angle stops and supply lines under every sink. When a shower valve body itself has failed, we open the wall, replace the valve, and either patch or install an access panel. Every fixture we install gets new supply lines and the angle stops get replaced if they do not close fully.

What this county does to plumbing.
Hard water is the whole story with fixtures here. Scale seizes shower cartridges, chokes aerators, and crusts the base of a faucet until the finish pits. A cartridge that lasts fifteen years in soft water lasts five here. The fix for a single fixture is the repair. The fix for the house is a softener, and we will tell you when you are replacing enough cartridges that the softener pays for itself. Angle stops are the other local pattern: the original multi-turn stops in older homes seize open and cannot be shut in an emergency, so we replace them with quarter-turn stops whenever we are under a sink.
Flat, in writing, before we start.
Quoted flat per fixture on site. If you supply the fixture, we tell you before the visit whether it is a standard install or needs wall access, so the quote holds. One-year labor warranty.
Three of the most common jobs are priced flat: P-trap replacement is $199, a Studor vent (air admittance valve) replacement is $199, and stop valve replacement is $250 for the first valve and $129 for each additional valve on the same visit.

Answered straight.
Can you install a faucet I bought?
Yes. Send us the model before the visit and we confirm it fits your sink and supply setup.
My shower has no hot water but the sink does.
That is the shower valve, usually a scaled or failed cartridge. Repair, not replacement, in most cases.
Do you replace the valve behind the wall?
Yes, when the valve body is the problem. We open the wall and patch or add a panel.
Why replace the angle stops?
Because the old ones do not close, and the first time you need them is a flood.
What brands do you carry?
Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Pfister for most installs. We can source others.
How long does it take?
Under an hour for most faucets and repairs. A shower valve replacement is a few hours with the wall work.
